Sebastian Holistic provides a fully remote holistic wellness coaching program. This program is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional medical care. The program includes gut restoration protocols, bioresonance assessments, nervous system recalibration techniques, personalized supplement plans, and flexible 1-on-1 coaching calls.
2. Program Delivery
All services are delivered 100% remotely via video calls and digital communication. The program is available worldwide. Supplements, infoceuticals, and remedies are shipped directly to your location as part of the program fee. You receive as many 1-on-1 calls as necessary, scheduled flexibly around your lifestyle.
3. Program Philosophy
This program is designed to teach you lasting skills for gut health, sleep optimization, lifestyle sovereignty, and supplementation that you can use for the rest of your life. The goal is your complete independence and self-sovereignty -- not recurring dependency or symptom masking. There are no mandatory follow-up subscriptions.
